Recursos digitales interactivos para fortalecer los aprendizajes en Educación General Básica Media

La expansión de plataformas, simulaciones, juegos y materiales multimedia en la educación básica no garantiza por sí misma mejores aprendizajes. Este estudio examinó qué funciones pedagógicas de los recursos digitales interactivos cuentan con respaldo empírico y qué condiciones de gobernanza permiten implementarlas responsablemente en la Educación General Básica Media del Ecuador. Se realizó una revisión de alcance conforme a PRISMA-ScR, complementada con análisis documental de normativa, currículo, política digital y estadísticas oficiales disponibles hasta el 1 de agosto de 2026. Se recuperaron 1.200 registros de OpenAlex y Crossref; después de eliminar 67 duplicados, se cribaron 1.133 registros y se incluyeron 32 publicaciones científicas, junto con ocho documentos oficiales. La evidencia mostró efectos generalmente favorables, pero heterogéneos, cuando la interactividad ofrecía retroalimentación oportuna, representaciones vinculadas al contenido, práctica adaptativa y mediación docente. El dispositivo, la novedad o la conectividad aislada no constituyeron mecanismos suficientes. Persistieron riesgos de sobrecarga cognitiva, lectura superficial, desigualdad doméstica, dependencia de proveedores y tratamiento opaco de datos infantiles. Se propone un marco de seis decisiones institucionales: propósito, acceso, diseño, mediación, protección y evaluación. La adopción responsable requiere alternativas sin conexión, participación estudiantil y familiar, formación docente situada, minimización de datos y seguimiento de aprendizaje, equidad, costo y sostenibilidad.
